Just as we expect our privacy to be respected while visiting web sites, Media-Partners.com absolutely respects the privacy of its customers and visitors. We DO NOT and WILL NOT sell or share personal or private information with anyone or any company. Ever.

We DO NOT keep credit card information on file, so if you choose to purchase with a credit card, the information is used only one time, for that specific transaction. When you become a registered member with Media-Partners.com, the information you give to us about you and your business (NOT your credit card number) will be kept in a secured database, accessible only to Media Partners and to yourself with your password.

This option eliminates the wait time for a VHS preview tape. Of course, if you prefer video tape in hand, we are always more than happy to send previews to you.

SECURITY STATEMENT

What it is...

Our on-line store operates on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect the information we exchange between our customers and our databases.

How it works...

SSL "binds" a person's or a computer's identity to a pair of electronic keys. These keys can be used to encrypt and digitally "sign" information to prove its authenticity. With the use of a SSL secure server, you can enter credit card or other payment information online in confidence, knowing the data will be sent in an encrypted format, preventing others from seeing it.

MULTIPLE DISCOUNT SCHEDULE

Media Partners offers discounts on multiple purchases of any MPC produced video. These discounts are based on video units purchased, so they can apply to 1 MPC title, or a variety of MPC titles. This discount applies to Video's only. Discounts for MPC produced support materials, vary from product to product. Please call and speak to a training consultant for details.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
This warranty applies to only those programs PRODUCED BY MPC

MEDIA PARTNERS CORP. 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We want our programs to look good, and we want you to be happy!

We warrant to the original purchaser that programs produced by Media Partners Corp. are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. If you leave it in the baking sun, if your dog eats it, or you generally abuse it, sorry, you're on your own. Other than that, here's what we'll do:

  • FREE REPLACEMENT of the video within 36 months of original purchase.
  • FREE SHIPPING (UPS Ground) on the replacement video
Here's how it works
  1. You call us in a panic (206-682-8009). We get some info.
  2. You send us the old tape
  3. We check it out. We send you a new one. (If it absolutely positively has to be there overnight, we absolutely positively need YOUR shipping account number).
The Fine Print
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations or liability on our part. We neither assume nor authorize, any other person to assume any other liability on our behalf in connection with the sale of our programs. This warranty shall not apply to the product purchased or any part thereof which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. We make no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories, products or parts not supplied by us. This warranty shall apply only within the boundaries of the United States.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship our products using UPS and offer 3 shipping options: 5-7 day ground, 3-day delivery, and 1-day overnight. If a product is ordered and received in our database by 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, to the best of our ability, that product will be shipped the same day via the selected shipping method. Orders received after 2:00 pm PST will be processed next business day. All orders are subject to product availability. You will be notified when your package is shipped, or if there is a problem shipping your order via the requested ship method.
